He scoffed at me. Said my blood pressure was impossible (Also, it is possible to have that BP. It's an emergency and very possible that's why I was in the ER). I was trying to tell him my spike then the drop;explain how my arms felt. But that scoff completely shut me down. I could not get the proper care a patient deserves; a job he chose. I was unable to finish a constructive conversation due to lack of professionalism; letting him know this was about 16 hours prior; that I was a transfer to the hospital.

Great customer service, however when I showed up to my appointments (had 3 in the same day)... they had changed my appointment times around without notifying me. I had brought my print out of my appointment times & even showed them the emailed confirmation of my appointments. All they could say was 'sorry, it looks like someone changed it'.... then sent to 3 different offices just to end back up at the original one I had entered. Seemed a little disorganized and it was quite frustrating.
