I have been treated by Dr. John Samuel for years now and have found him to be one of the best physicians I have had the pleasure of knowing. His staff is always so helpful and professional. I love going into the office....there is always such a relaxing feeling of peace there.
Yes, some times you have to wait for him. But, it is worth the wait. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Samuel. He has saved my mother's life because he was so good to watch her test results so carefully. She is 95 and would not be here without Samuel's interventions. He takes time because he writes down thorough notes. Then the next time you see him, he refers back to previous issues you might have forgotten about. He also takes time to build a relationship with his patients and family members who are with them. He explains in layman's terms what the medical problem is and all of the possibilities for recovery. He has advice on nutrition and on every day handling of stress. When my mother tells him, "No, I'm not going to------" (Ex. use a walker), he doesn't get upset, just gently explains how important it is for her safety, etc. Many people complain about doctors not having bedside manners. He has both the wisdom and the people skills to make sure you get the best care.
Amazing doctor and staff! I moved out of state several years ago and I travel back to see him annually. Great bedside manners, genuinely cares for his patients and is very smart! I highly recommend Dr. Samuel .
A very thorough and caring physician. His manner was that of both a caring counselor and friend. He explained my condition in a way that was easy to comprehend, offered treatment choices and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. A great experience with an excellent doctor !
The ladies at the front desk are so rude and uninformed about insurance coverage. They should provide better patient care if they don't want to lose them. There are many options for seeking quality care.
