Dr. Hamat is very qualified and NP Connie De Los Reyes is very easy to speak to, but the Dr. assistants Rhonda and Rochelle are rude and never call patients back when requested to do so. When a patient insists on being informed of their lab results and care, they bad mouth the patient because they are required to do a little extra work. I was in the clinic this morning and overheard them speaking ill of me for being so insistant in being actively involved in my care. These ladies need further training on what it takes and means to be in their field of work caring for others. They think sending a quick text response is all it takes!

I do like this business because, For my routine checkups, for a certain part of my body, I call it my smart checkup, I have to see Dr Mahmoud. He sits down, relaxes, looks at you and listens while having a sincere informative conversation. Dr Mahmoud is very knowledgeable and professional. I hate when I go to a doctor and I second guess myself about whether or not I picked the right doctor, but with Dr Mahmoud I know I chose the right one. That is why I am sending my family member there just because it's her smart check up time. Shirley is a great medical assistant. When she checks me in she asks how I am and wants to know why I am there for my visit so that she can input the information into the computer for the Dr. So, as I talk and re talk in my non medical language to try to convey to her why I'm there, she stands focused watching me until I finally get my story out. Then she starts smiling when I ask her to fix what I said so the Dr can understand my language. Two minutes later she had completed entering my info and it said everything I wanted it to. Jianna takes care of the front office and is very pleasant. She works well with you on scheduling.
