I have brought my elderly mother here twice over the past two years. They are extremely sweet, helpful and very quick. The Dr has a great bedside manner. The front desk staff is very nice and patient as well. I would absolutely come here again and again! Everything is clean and sanitary as well. Highly recommend.
I was recently admitted to this ER for pneumonia and strep. To say I felt like death is an understatement. These sweet, caring, and knowledgeable providers were quick in diagnosing and treating me. Thank you, Dr. Rafael De La Flor-Weiss, Nurse Amanda, and the Respiratory Therapist (I'm so sorry I forgot her name, but she administered every single breathing treatment so sweetly). Nurse Amanda, your wit and your bedside manner are top-notch. Please never change. Dr Rafael, your bedside manner and how sweet and caring you are made a huge difference in how I view emergency rooms and the care people receive. Thank you all for the experience, and for making this mama, wife, and psychology student better! I hope we don't have to see each other too soon, but if we need care, we will for sure be back!
Dr. James and Nurse Joanna were incredible! Their bedside manner was by far the best I've ever experienced. I arrived with a temperature of 102.1, and they made me feel right at home and incredibly comfortable. Different medications helped, and Nurse Joanna, affectionately known as "Mama Jo," was a true guardian angel. With the expertise of Dr. James, they were a gift from above!
First let me state I'm a nurse. We are the most critical when it comes to our own Healthcare. I would give them 10 stars if I could. The place is clean. I got in right away. The staff was amazing. All the docs were exceptional and they quickly recognized things were sliding downhill and acted very quickly to transfer me to an ICU. People only like to share negative reviews. I get that they need to voice their frustration. Hopefully this review will lead people to seek care at a great little facility.
The entire staff that I interacted with were impeccable. It was hard to walk and the administrative staff went out of their way to help (the glasses were honestly fantastic. Iykyk). The medical staff, Dr. James, Peggy, and Amanda made me feel heard. The entire staff were knowledgeable, compassionate, and relatable. I would not hesitate to revisit this wonderful team.
