I had a really great experience Care Now, they are my go to Urgent Care. The staff is really friendly and caring. I was able to be seen quickly and have my concerns address in a timely manner. The facility was nice and clean. I will continue to use Care Now as my preferred urgent care.
Paris and Maria!!! Thank goodness that this clinic has some pretty lovely ladies in the back. After a long day , Worrying about a tattoo infection, they were the light I needed in my stressful day. Ryan At front desk I believe! He was awesome, walked in and directed me to what I needed to fill out and had a great attitude the whole time. Now Dr.Dario is amazing! Made me feel right at home, Took care of me very fast, I was literally in and out and he explained everything pretty well to me. This whole clinic itself is awesome. I will be returning here
They were very helpful...with my limited knowledge about workers comp forms. With an abundance of paperwork I had no idea.which #s went where. Arrived at 7p and they close at 8p...I STILL received courtesy, friendly and accurate treatment. Would recommend them to anyone. I'll be using them again as I'm from NC and have no primary in TX. Thank You for staying over to help me. Appreciate the Great Teamwork and communication.
Thank you to the staff and attending physians at CareNow Urgent. I was not feeling well on Friday 10/31/2025. I visited CareNow Urgent Care at 10:15 a.m. and got exceptional patient care from all individuals. The front desk personnel were very kind, friendly and hands-on. Front desk took the initiative and started my check in process. The physian assistant nearly made me forgot the reason I was there. This young lady was very upbeat and engaging. I forgot I was not feeling well for a few minutes. The attending physian was very attentive, listened and communicated well. Thank you all for the great patient care and service given on Friday Oct 31, 2025. You all are a wonderful set of individuals, that works awesomely well as a team
All the people working there were very nice. They took care of me so well. They truly listened to me. They explained things so you would understand what was going on. You didn't leave there thinking...now what did they say? I'll keep going there when I feel sick!! Or if I have questions.
