The The staff was accommodating, even though the difficulty of parking made me late. Doctor Zedan was very forthright and logical in his communications with me. I knew of the two possible treatments and he was able to tell me how best to arrange them. He was friendly and encouraging.

Dr. Zedan is an excellent electrophysiologist. Highly recommended.

I am satisfied with the outcome of my ablation that was performed by Dr Zedan. I have recovered and have not had any more episodes of SVT thankfully. I do believe he can improve on his communication. I would have liked a more thorough explanation of the ablation procedure itself and expectation of how I could feel afterwards. I was only told the positive highlights and not that there would be an adjustment period of my heart taking time to heal. On my follow up visit we were taken back early (1030a) for my EKG and it was done in a professional and timely manner. Then my husband and I were disappointed when Dr Zedan finally came in the room at 1155a when my appointment time was scheduled for 1045 am. Once he entered the room we were further aghast that he did not acknowledge nor apologize for being over an hour late to see me in a timely manner. We spent probably less than 10 minute discussing how I feel and realized that he did not have the results of my post ablation holter monitor which was a further disappointment. I do believe Dr Zedan overall is good at what he does but there is room for improvement in other areas.
