Always very knowledgeable and get what you need done. Always leave happy and all questions answered. Great communication and everyone seems so happy no matter what day you go or who is there.

If you need emergency care absolutely the worst place to go. I have walked out on several appointments because you can wait an hour after appointment time. Had an appointment today @1:30 . 2:30 still not called.What irked me today is the receptionist didn't even ask if I wanted to reschedule. Poor service !!!

If I could give this office located between Smoothie King and Jimmy John's 0 stars I would. Unbelievable and non-caring Medical Assistant Samantha and front desk clerk Meagan are an embarrassment to the Health Care profession!!! I literally went with with chest pains, broke into a sweat while filling out the paperwork and ask to be taken to the back because I felt faint and I was told there were 2 patients ahead of me and to go to the ER if I needed to. Standing at the front desk I ask to speak to Samantha who refused to walk 30 steps to at least speak to me or observe to see how serious the matter was. Thank God I didn't pass out or die! I asked for my paperwork and left. Reluctant to drive I've been sitting in my car for the last 10min gathering myself to proceed to ER. Just sad!

I can't say enough good things about the staff! Always amazingly pleasant and polite. They show care and understanding at every visit! If you don't understand something or have questions, they explain things in a simple and easy way to help you understand. Since I began visiting the office, my health has improved tremendously and I love that they celebrate progress with you! I highly recommend PCP for Life to anyone that wants a caring medical team working with them!

I strongly urge you to reconsider using this medical practice. Based on my firsthand experience, they simply do not care about their patients and provide unacceptably poor service. It took them an entire month to review my lab results, and they never even followed up with me afterward. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially when it comes to important medical information. The doctors here clearly don't prioritize their patients' health and wellbeing. I would not recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality, attentive care.
