The staff is great and Doctor Bhalla spotted my problem right away and started running test that day. Found a blocked artery and had me in the hospital the next day. I will for ever be in his hands for my heart. Thanks again to all the staff at Orion Medical for all the care. The staff came in at 6 am just to do the test needed to help diagnose my problem. I asked them if that was normal and they told me they did it as a favor to Doctor Bhalla because he was so concerned with my heart.

The Customer Service and Customer Experience is amazing! Dr. Bhalla and the Orion Medical team consistently go above and beyond with their treatments and their best practices. They were able to discover a PFO in my heart and prescribe me with the necessary care to continue to live a long a fruitful life! Without knowing this information, I would be at risk for stroke. Crazy! They are quick, easily accessible by phone, and the payment and check-out process is top tier and very friendly.
