Memorial Katy Cardiology Associates is a premier cardiology practice led by a skilled team of board-certified physicians and nurse practitioners. The practice has served Greater West Houston, Texas, and the surrounding rural communities since 1975.
With offices in Cypress, Katy, Sealy, Fulshear, and three convenient sites in Houston, they care for patients of all ages in a comfortable, friendly setting.
Dr. Otto Papp founded the practice and has since grown to eight physicians and five nurse practitioners. Memorial Katy Cardiology Associates was the first group of providers to open a cardiology practice in Katy, and it's now the largest cardiology group in the area.

We made an appointment for today, we didn't go to work today for this appointment. We called 1hr before of this appointment and it was confirmed.
At arrival both of the front desk person was unwelcoming and said my appointment was cancelled and they tried to call me on the 21st and the 23rd because the doctor had an emergency.
We called 1 hour ago. Then the attitude of these people towards us when they are the wrong ones. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.
I do not recommend it, WHAT else can they wrong.
If I could give zero stars I would.

The office is ridiculous. I called to schedule an appointment 2 days ago. All my information was taken down and I was told I have an appointment at one of their locations. I asked that the appointment time and location be either emailed or texted to me and I was assured that it will be sent
Fast forward to yesterday I call to ask again and confirm my appointment no one picked up and I was placed on hold for more than 30 minutes. Then again today the exact same thing.
I tried choosing different options to speak with one of the nurses. The first time someone said they'll transfer me to the medical assistant and I was on hold for an absurd amount of time yet again. The second time the nurse tried to help me just for me to be told that my appointment time was today and it had passed and the location was 30 minutes away. The nurse tried to reach someone in that department but she too was having issues reaching them. Absolutely ridiculous!
This office wasted my time and my entire day. It is an absolute joke for a clinic. If they can't take something as simple as properly scheduling appointments seriously then how will they take my healthcare seriously?

The Front desk people need to be replaced, once they answer the phone call they sound like they hate their job. It seems they do not want to communicate with anybody.
Leaving a voicemail for the Dr or his assistants, you never get a call back.

03/20/25 That same morning I was called around 8 am for insurance verification and I still waited that long to be seen. It was ridiculous
Doctor Dayah, Catherine and the girl at checkout, were all very nice and very helpful.
need a bit more organization and more front desk staff for sure.

I would give a 0/5 if I could. The billing department and customer service are terrible! I called to inquire about an overcharge on my payment, but their explanation was very unclear, and they seemed unwilling to take responsibility. They even messed up the paperwork and claimed my information wasn't in the system, despite my seeing the front desk staff scan everything in.
