I had to make sure I post this review because I want everyone to come to this wonderful doctor. I had to take my mom for a new cardiologist and we were referred to Dr. Gunawan. It's been a long time to see a physician like him. I would definitely recommend Dr. Gunawan without any doubt or reservations for anyone who is looking for a doctor who care. I am definitely send his information in the family messaging group for recommendations. 12/15/25

Dr O'Neil was rude and uncaring. He came to see when I was in an ER for chest discomfort and lumbar back pain. He's not my cardiologist and doesn't know cardiac history but still told me that I didn't have cardiac systems. I was informing him that I had a cardiac watchman and he still didn't believe me. I would never see him as a patient and will never refer anyone to him.

From scheduling my appointment on, my whole experience was excellent. As soon as I scheduled my appointment I received the links to complete everything I needed to ahead of time. While I know this is normal, my first office visit is what makes this unique. The staff was friendly when I arrived and more surprising, they looked in their computer, saw that I had completed the paperwork online and did not hand me a clipboard to fill the paperwork out again. Dr. Dlouhy's nurse, Marcela is also very nice. She is friendly and put me at ease while she took all the necessary vitals and did my EKG. Dr. Dlouhy has a great bedside manner. He had already reviewed my information. He took the time to go over my EKG with me, ask questions and explain his recommendations. His attention to detail and thorough review of my health was great. As an interventional cardiologist he took prevention and my long term health very seriously. I will highly recommend Dr. Dlouhy to anyone who needs a cardiologist.

Apparently....Dr. Condara is no longer there. My 93 year old mother-in-law arrived for her scheduled appointment to find out when she got there that Dr. Condara is no longer there. Absolutely no apologies and no other doctor available to see her! They handed her a brochure for another doctor to schedule an appointment with. She struggles to walk and has to take a metro-lift to get to the doctors. I find this very unsatisfactory patient care! They didn't call or send a letter to inform her that he would no longer be there. I didn't realize Memorial worked that way towards their patients. Unacceptable!

Absolutely horrible. Do not waste your time. My husband was scheduled for a stress test just as a follow up after an ekg and it took 3 months for an appointment and when my husband gets there they want to do another ekg (had one 1 month ago) and schedule a stress test. Milking insurance and wasting busy people's time. I even called to ask my the office what he had to wear for his stress test. If this is good, I would hate to see bad. NEVER AGAIN
