I was struggling with POTS symptoms and needed diagnosis and treatment. The first issue was communication. It's been really difficult and frustrating to get ahold of even the office staff. Secondly, after a ton of expensive testing, the doctor seemed to lose interest in my case. Apparently I'm fine, even if I get tachycardia and shortness of breath with fainting when I stand. I don't think this doctor is familiar with POTS. I wanted to see a different provider, but I can't get ahold of anyone to transfer my medical records (after all the testing I did). The medical records department does not answer or return calls. All around, really dissatisfied and disappointed with my care at this facility. EDIT: Shortly after I posted this review I was contacted and they helped me transfer my medical records to another facility. I appreciate the assistance so I have increased the number of stars.

Today was my second visit to this place with Dr. Salah Eli Hafi. On my first visit he was in the room and out. He asked me about 4 questions and was out of the room. He never came near me & was out. I gave him the benefit of doubt bc I was establishing new patient service. Today he told me my test were good, listened to me breath, and asked if I needed new medication. I tried to relate a message from my pulmonologist and he didn't seem to care. Then he said he'll see me in 3 months! I waited all this time for him to walk in the room, and not even spend a full 4 minutes with me! I asked the nurse if they had any other cardiologist that I could see, she said yes, but they don't like to swap like that. She was very nice though. I heard lots of good things about him, but my experience was not good. If your my doctor and treating me, the least you could do is "act" like you care, listen, and not seem so rushed. It was a "cold" visit for me and now I am looking for another cardiologist. I will definitely not be back in 3 months. Not like he would care anyway! Poor bedside manner!

My cardiologist since 2015, through three admissions to Memorial-Hermann, with pacemaker and stent implants. Straightforward, no- nonsense physician whose hospital and personal practice exemplify the very best in medical care. Highly recommended!

Saw Dr. Marco Campos for a first visit today, and he was a remarkably communicative and keenly interested practitioner. For each question, he had a clear answer, delivered so a lay person could understand it. Well done, doc.

Dr. O'Neill is wonderful, very thorough, takes to explain to make procedures easier to understand.
