Dr. Maygen del Castillo is a fellowship-trained Cardiology specialist. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in chemistry in 2011 from New York University. She earned her Doctor of Medicine at the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in New York in 2015. She completed her Internal Medicine residency in 2018 and her Cardiology fellowship in 2021, both at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. She joined Kelsey-Seybold in September 2021.

Went to see her in December because of chest pains. My mother was concerned and came along obviously because she loves me, and this doctor spent the entire time telling me I was being dramatic. Turns out I had chest pains due to my lungs. She checked for nothing, gave nothing, and was overall very rude.
She was friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. She took time to review my history, asked pertinent questions and answered all of my questions. She explained my course of treatment thoroughly.
