My work insurance is not active just yet so I decided to go to this clinic for sore throat and fatigue. The receptionist was nice, however, the medical assistant and nurse practitioner were not welcoming or attentive. They did not even greet the customer and had a cold unfriendly demeanor. As a patient who is not feeling well, the least thing you need is to worry if you are putting yourself in good hands or not. No attempt at patient rapport attempted. The staff seem miserable in their job and it shows in the way they treat their patients. The staff really needs to remember the purpose of their job and would benefit from a class on professionalism and building patient rapport.
I'd avoid this place at all costs.

Staff and doctor were friendly. There were at least 30min where no one was called and no one was leaving. The doctor kept piling on medications until I told him we didn't have $ or insurance. The receptionist who answered the phone said they had Albuterol inhaler in office but then said they did not at check out. The doctor said my son's throat was red before actually looking in his mouth. I might still revisit, but how do you stop the doctor from over prescribing?

My son came for a check up..only found anemia in his blood test.
They gave him numbers for hematologist and oncologist.
Both numbers not working ,one place is closed.
I called back and told them they gave them numbers that aren't working. Her rude response was ,well we just tell you where to go..we the rest is up to you!"
Whaaaaaat? She said she couldn't help...anymore!?
