Katy Preventive Cardiology

I have been with this practice for the past few years and have always experienced excellent care. However, I came under the care of Dr. Pickett almost 1.5 years ago and he has gone above expectations for me. He has quite literally helped save my life multiple times with his decision-making along with his expertise. My family and I are forever grateful to have come across such an outstanding physician, and I'm truly blessed to be his patient. I highly recommend this practice and especially Dr. Pickett.

My wife really likes working with Dr. Lubetkin, however the customer service from one particular nurse has made it necessary for us to seek out another cardiologist. The short story is she refused to be helpful to get my wife cleared for cataract surgery and after a full week of going back and forth with The Eye Surgery Center and this nurse, she did not get the clearance in on time and her surgery had to be canceled-COMPLETELY DUE TO THIS NURSE'S INEFFICIENCY AND UNWILLINGNESS TO HELP. My wife even went to the office to hand carry the release to the surgical center and the nurse refused saying they surgical center had not asked for the release in an appropriate manner. The Surgical Cenyer works with many many doctors and nurses daily, knows how to ask for a patient's release and told us they had never seen such behavior from a nurse in all their dealings with doctors and their staffs. All she had to do was communicate with the surgical center and relay what she needed, and then fax the form in on time. She called my wife 2 hours after the form needed to be sent in and said she had just been too busy to get it done. Couldn't someone else fax it for her in the office? The surgical center edited well beyond their time frame hoping she'd come through. Many calls were made on that day and all those calls ignored. She would not speak to the eye center or my wife. Please don't make the mistake of going to this Katy Preventative Cardiology Center and expecting professional nursing care.

This office and physicians never ever are ion time. I have been a patient for 5+ years and they have gotten worse. This time my appointment was at 10:45 and at noon I was put in a room and waited in room for doctor for 22 min. I will be changing doctors. My time is valuable too and I can bet you if I was this late they would not see me. No regard for their patients.
