My brother had an appointment scheduled for 11:30 am when we arrived the lobby was crowded, people were standing in the hallway and sitting on the floor he was called back at 1:20pm, The staff was very nice however, the doctor is always behind not to mention I only bring my brother here once a year. Ever year this is what happens no one should have to sit outside on the floor waiting to see the doctor then the doctor.
