Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital

My wife had to stay here for a week. Started in the emergency room, then to ICU, then to the 6th floor (which I think is recovery). Everyone we dealt with was top notch and nice as can be. From the nurses to the doctors, to the custodians, physical therapists, food and nutrition. . . . everyone was great. Food was very good (considering it is a hospital) and the facilities were top notch. I am not a huge fan of the Willowbrook area, but I would have no issues dealing with this hospital again. Thanks for being so great and taking care of my wife.

I was admitted on Sunday Dec.7, 2025 night I was having chest pain, come to find out it was my gallbladder, so they end up taking it out. The whole staff was excellent the nurses, doctors, and the food was even was good. Great attitude, IT didn't did matter what time night are morning when you call them they come, with a smile always smile. I what thank 2 very sweet ladies Dayma, and Morgan. The surgery staff was excellent great attitude. Houston Methodist Willow Brook Hospital keep up the amazing work I was released on Friday Dec 12, 2025. Thank you!

I was at Willowbrook Methodist for surgery 10/21-10/22 and the care I received was phenomenal. First, The nurse, Colin, who took care of me in pre-op was very nice and professional. Secondly, Dr. Amir, Dr.Harvey and the rest of the surgical team, where awesome. Thirdly, The day shift staff and night shift staff on the post-op floor were awesome. When I needed help, help was given, everyone was polite and professional. I have no complaints. I wish I could remember everyone's name, but I want to thank each and every one of you who took care of me during my stay.

I've never been in a hospital with so many staff in tune with each other and what was going on. It was truly amazing. Each and every nurse over 5 days with my mother had patience beyond belief. It was magical. All of them at the same time working 12 hour shifts. Also the room was very nice and had plenty of sitting area and a fold out sleeper couch.

Today 12/1/2025 I took my girlfriend to the ER at Methodist Willowbrook and we were in ER room 44 around 9am.The whole staff and attending were professional and friendly but one nurse (Janet) in particular really stood out in a great way. Janet went over and beyond to make us both feel relaxed, comfortable, and at ease with the process. She was very professional and warm and had a great bedside manner. I just wanted to tell Janet Ty so much for going over and beyond
