Update 2 - they made me wait 45 minutes again two weeks ago and made a really lame excuse about having more doctors that day. I scheduled a stress test for today. I refused to pay the copay prior to treatment because I had the feeling they would screw me again. I waited fifteen minutes, told the desk why i was leaving and that I was going to find a new doctor. Stop settling for this treatment!! Dont pay upfront, wait 10 to 15 minutes, walkout and find a doctor that will treat you right. These doctors will never change until they lose patients and money!!! The front desktop woman was totally rude and the they take your payment and make you wait. Still sitting here 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. These doctors wont learn that they are a service business until they lose business. Stop going to doctors that make you wait. Update: I still think the front office woman was horrible but Dr Awar was fantastic and the followup appointment was right on time.

Wish there was a ZERO star for the front desk and nurse. It seems like they don't care because they have enough customers. They are very good at putting patients on indefinite hold if you call them to ask some simple quick questions, for example where do we need to go to do the procedure that the doctor ordered and do we need to make any appointment ?

First visit was scheduled online, I got there and they said I wasn't in the system. It took almost 2 hours to see the dr. because they had to "work me in" even though I had 2 email and 1 text confirmations of appt. Dr. Jacobson was fine, but staff had also misplaced all paperwork my MD had sent over. Scheduled another appt. IN OFFICE before I left for 2 weeks later per Dr. Jacobson's request for further testing. The office called me at 6 p.m. the night before my apt and said they hadn't processed my paperwork yet, they needed to reschedule. Really, 2 weeks and still haven't processed my paperwork. All it was for was a stress and echo test, both no brainers, what's to process? My MD did tests on the spot in office same day as office visit. Obviously not concerned about patients health or how long you have to wait or time you schedule to take off from work. Go to a Dr. where the staff cares, and is competent... NOT HERE.

The wait is so bad. Had a 3:15 appointment and at 3:50, still 4 patients ahead of me. And the front desk is like it's normal.. I mean.. Seriously?
