I have been coming to this clinic for almost 5 years now. I'm very happy that I made this clinic my starting point as a POTS patient. Sadly, there are too many doctors who do not take patients seriously and who will refuse to perform any testing on patients who believe they may have POTS. Dr. Asif Ali, however, has treated me very well and has always taken my symptoms and concerns seriously. During my first visit in early 2021, he believed my concerns about potential POTS symptoms and ran the necessary tests in order to diagnose me. Anyone who has POTS, or who believes they may have POTS, should see Dr. Ali. You will be treated with respect. Having the various diagnostics performed during an initial appointment can take a few hours, so keep that in mind.

I have been a patient of Dr . Asif Ali for many years they are apart of my Mecical Family , each Doctor is attentive and listens to your concerns ,no rush when seeing any doctor in that facility. I went to the Long Point location and was surprised at how poorly the service was! I had a 2:45 appointment, I had a EKG done and was sat in a room and left for over 2 hours before the staff remembered I was there. I saw Dr Abdul Ali who I wasn't scheduled to see. Couldn't get labs or anything done due to being left there so late. Then told I needed to wear a monitor for 3 days and I sent it back. Had to hound them to even schedule an appointment to get the results! I will never go to this location!

Was waiting for 45 minutes after appt. time and was never seen. I asked receptionist the reason for such a long wait and was told insurance had not been verified, although I had made the appt. previous day. Been here a couple of times before and and it seems this is how they operate. I come from a customer service background so treating a patient is top of mind, for me at le
ast, and they failed. It's very rare to find doctors that have good customer service and this one is no different. Doctors should have to do stints in restaurants so they understand how people should and should not be treated.
