I am so sad to share about my experience at this office. I arrived as asked, 15 minutes before my appointment. It took me an hour and 45 minutes to travel to Dr. Montogmery's office from where I live.... When I got there, the room was so full there was no where for me to sit. As i waited, chairs opened up, but some had to pull folded chairs out. I proceeded to wait...an hour and fifteen minutes later, I asked the front desk what was happening and if I was going to get in soon. They said I was up next, but they would go ask what that time frame looked like. She never came back to me! I waited another 25 minutes and then I went up to the desk and said I was no longer interested in waiting. I would like them to credit my co payment back to me. They did! They didn't ask why, didn't apologize that I had been there for an hour and 45 minutes waiting. People in the waiting room were actually sleeping in their chairs...that's how long they had those poor people waiting to be seen. Most of these individuals were elderly. I don't understand how our time is not valued. We all made our appointments on time, yet we wait with no word, explanation or apology. They have a full kitchen in the back and not one person was treated to water. I waited 2 months to get in to see the dr and that was my experience. I feel like in a world where experience and customer service is everything, they didn't care about anyone waiting. I would have given less than one star, but that was not an option.
