Gulf Coast Heart Clinic: Dr. Ming-He Huang MD, PhD

His wife/office manager is extremely rude. Always says you have to pay $100 up front and copay and they will refund you if it's less. (see other reviews with the exact same feedback) Why not bill me if its more? I can put up with the money but not the way she treats people. Also, tells every patient that they are lucky to be able to get in and see a cardiologist so quickly... Well it's because they have no appointments because his wife is so rude to people. I suspect this is the reason that their second office in league city closed. Dr. Juang is a nice guy but his wife is ruining his business.

Dr. Huang is a very competent and meticulous cardiologist. He is very caring and goes out of his way to explain everything to his patients. He strives to make his business affordable to everyone. His staff is also very dedicated. Sometimes the patients are overexposed to the exhauting trials and tribulations of dealing with insurance companies that the staff has to deal with. Determining Co-pays, eligibility and use of HSA's gets complicated and sometimes affects patient satisfaction with office personel. Dr. and Mrs. Huang both go above and beyond to bring affordable patient care to the area and they're efforts are greatly apprieciated !

Horrible service. Would give 0 stars if able too. They treat their patients horribly. I called to reschedule an appointment and a woman was extremely rude without letting me speak I'm assuming it was his rude wife like others have experienced, hung up on me twice screaming, and never serviced me. Had to change cardiologist. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

This office has a good doctor, but his wife is very rude. Also when you want to make an appointment she will tell you that you must give $100 deposit, and that they will give you the money back witch they never do.

I wish I could give no stars. They only care about making money on your insurance and copay. I explained to the office manager that I was short on the copay because I was just in for a visit 3 days prior. She said that I should reschedule when I had the money instead of letting me see the doctor and giving me the results for my heart. She started yelling at me and telling me to go see and other doctor instead of taking care of her patient which should come first. She was very rude and it is obvious that they only care about the money and not healing people. The medical industry is just a big scam to rob people of their hard earned money and give people a false sense of hope so they can milk them and their insurance for as much money as possible. What happened to the doctors who actually cared about their patients. I guess that's a thing of the past. UPDATE: NO SURPRISE THAT IM BACK ON HERE. I CALLED BACK IN TO THIS OFFICE BECAUSE I WAS TOLD TO SCHEDULE A STRESS TEST AND SINCE THIS DR. ALREADY HAS A FILE ON ME I DECIDED TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER SHOT AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED. SHE TOLD ME THAT BECAUSE OF MY WEIGHT THEY COULD NOT SO A STRESS TEST ON ME AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO SEE ANOTHER CARDIOLOGIST. I'M 298LBS AND AFTER SPEAKING TO ANOTHER CARDIOLOGIST THERE SHOULD BE NO PROBLEM FOR THEM TO DO A STRESS TEST AT MY CURRENT WEIGHT. SHE DIDNT EVEN ASK ME HOW MUCH I CURRENTLY WEIGH. HORRIBLE PEOPLE RUN THIS PRACTICE AND SHOILD NOT BE IN BUSINESS! PLEASE DON'T WAIST YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THESE CROOKS!!!!
