I had an appointment scheduled for 2:15 PM and arrived at the office at 2:00 PM to complete the necessary forms. Despite my punctuality, I waited until 3:20 PM before being called for vitals and an EKG. After that, I was sent to another room to wait for the doctor. By 3:45 PM, the doctor still had not arrived, so I left the office and went back to take care of my other errands scheduled.
This level of delay is completely unacceptable. I had to leave without seeing the doctor, which not only wasted my time but also caused issues at work. I missed a work meeting. The lack of communication and respect for patients' time is appalling.
I hope Dr. be more mindful of patient's time and improve his scheduling and communication practices to prevent such frustrating experiences in the future.

Staff openly discriminated based on age, I saw a list of patient first and last names along with Patient ID & DOB on a screen in my room. A nurse (that wasn't helping during my appointment) ended up coming out to my car as I left to ask about the appointment/my upset.

I took my wife to Dr Nguyen when she got some complications after COVID. EKG, sonogram and stress test were done on the spot. The personnel was courteous. The doc explained everything in detail. We paid just for the visit without any extras. Highly recommend

Horrible bedside manner. Became aggressive and impatient (he asked, "why are you making this complicated") when i tried to verify directions on how to take medicine. Condescending, unprofessional, and rude.
