Comprehensive Cardiology

This location and the friendswood one are horrible at answering the phones, and making sure you're checked in. As well as have attitude when you're trying to figure stuff out, or correct them on the amount of times you've called/they've called, like i don't have my call logs saying the amount of times i've been contacted by them. I love Dr.Nguyen but the staff is awful. not to mention the amount of times i've checked in at the window but they haven't checked me in is horrible.

My every appointment has been very pleasant. Dr NGUYEN has definitely extended my good health. I feel like a young man. He explains on layman terms any problems and treatment options. Very caring in deed. The staff is equally caring, making sure the info that us required by the doctor is gathered. Great staff, no exclusions.

I had an appointment for getting a Cardiac Echo at the office yesterday. Being a retired physician myself, I am fully aware of the fact that it is impossible to predict if you can be on time. When I arrived 30 minutes early, I expected to wait and even take a nap in the waiting area. The receptionist was polite and friendly. But the surprise was that there was only one person waiting who was ahead of me. He went inside for the test as I sat down, right on time. Came out in about 20 minutes. Next thing I know is that exactly on time, Hannah the Echo Technologist comes out and escorts me to the procedure room. Five minutes for me to take my shirt off and she helped me to get on the stretcher and adjust my posture, ever so gently. Her smile was very reassuring and then she surprised me with her skill level. No cold gel on my skin and no baby talk from Hannah. The conclusion was just as polite and respectful as the beginning. And I was done. I hope I don't have to but if I need another Echo, I am heading to the Comprehensive Cardiology Office, where the waiting room is empty, and you get treated with respect. BTW, Hannah did not know I was a retired physician. Keep up the good work.

I am very thankful for Dr. Vince Nguyen and all star staff. Communication for next appointment by email and text messages are very helpful reminders. The staff are very professional, patient, treat their patients with respect and great attitudes! Dr. Nguyen has a great welcome, reviews history, makes recommendations for future checks, time for questions and concerns. Very happy with my cardiologist Dr. Nguyen and all star team

Very pleasant staff. Made me feel quite comfortable. Dr Sudarka was friendly and professional. Put me right at ease. Very nice since I was so nervous Have been trying for 2 months to contact the doctor. They don't answer the phone, or return calls. Very unprofessional. While I like the doctor, his staff is horrible!!!
