Complete Cardiac Care

Dr J is an outstanding cardiologist. She has some good staff members. She has a staff member named Christy and she started as an insurance person but within the 1st month she was moved to the receptionist desk. I know that she was rude and had no clue what she was doing when she verified insurance and get approval. So now she is still very rude, incompetent and untruthful person. But I have been a patient of Dr. Jamaluddin and when I first started seeing her she had an excellent staff. I also know that when the Dr moves a staff member to certain jobs is a sign that the next mess up or complaint she gets about that staff member....the certain member will be without a job.

Worst experience ever in my life at any medical clinic. I found the doctor Jamaluddin Ahmed Unisa MD on my insurance website.I scheduled an appointment for my annual physical. I was told on the phone that my blood work will also be done the same day. I took time off from work and went to the clinic on Aug 10, 2018. They charged me co-pay. I wasted 2 hours and all they did was take my weight and blood pressure. I asked them where is the doctor Jamaluddin Ahmed Unisa MD? as I scheduled my appointment with her and they said she is not available. After that I was told to schedule an appointment separately to get blood work done which they could have told me at the time I scheduled my initial appointment...more time wasted. Before I left they scheduled my follow up appointment. I went to Quest and got my blood work done on Aug 17th. My follow up appointment was on Aug 27th. I got there around 9 am. They took my blood pressure and weight reading and then I just sat there for 1 hour. After that one of the receptionist walked in and told me they can't find results for my blood work...luckily I had a receipt for my blood work which helped them locate my results. A different receptionist/nurse walked into the room to discuss my results (no intro)..I asked her where is the doctor ,Jamaluddin Ahmed Unisa MD? I was expecting to see the doctor to discuss my results. Again the doctor was not available. This lady discussed my very result very briefly and I didn't bother going in detail because they lost credibility in my eyes and I was over it. When I was leaving, the receptionist asked me to pay..I was like what do you mean? I was just here to see my annual physical results and I have already paid. I could have done this over the phone and you guys wanted me to come in. The receptionist said, since you came in to the clinic, it is considered an office visit and you have to the pay the co-pay again. I got super mad didn't wanted to pay but at that point I was so frustrated that I just paid and left to never come back again. Please stay away from this place and do your research before going. The doctor Jamaluddin Ahmed Unisa MD is never there..she is just using her name to bring people in the clinic while everything is managed by the staff.

The absolute nicest people, but they are the very worst when sending information to your doctor. It's been over a month, and when I called my doctor to see if they received it, they told me no. (This is the second time and last time it cost me $60 to go into my doctor for nothing)

Had a horrible experience. Very rude receptionist. Incompetent and amateur nurses working at this place. Not at all welcoming for patients .They keep you waiting for nothing and I am also not happy with their services. The Doctor didnt see the patient the way she should. I will definitely wont go back. Seems like I wasted my money and time over there

Worst clinic and worst doctor (Doctor J). Just sitting to make money. They'll not refill your prescription and ask you to come in even though it's urgent and you can't skip a day. They'll force you to come in so that they can charge you or your insurance. Trust me - do not go here
