LOVE LOVE LOVE the Doctor JOSE and his nurse MARl are the Best NO DOUBT. Yesterday around this time was my first visit and today I came in for my second and thank GOD and Dr. Jose and Nurse Mari my last. Dr. Jose diagnosed me in a decent time and found the problem right away and placed me on office and home treatment. I felt a big change from yesterday to today, feeling better. I followed and still following medication treatment at home. Also very very clean and organized. I have already and will keep referring family and friends and be back for other medical needs. Wish I would have found them sooner and especially gone sooner to see them and they are literally just 2 minutes away BONUS MUCHAS BENDICIONES Dr. Jose y Mari

Please do not waste your time traveling or setting an appointment with this very unprofessional clinic. Unfortunately my visit here was very unpleasant on December 29, 2024 around 2pm. After having a severe fever and cold I decided to support this practice near the area, front desk receptionist was unpleasant and my consultation with the doctor was very uncomfortable and disturbing. The doctor confirmed I was certainly sick and in a couple days the infection will worsen however he refused to prescribe me medication after I declined the antibiotic injections he was strongly pushing on me. Please note, I rejected them because of past experiences I've had. He proceeded to suggest more test and at that point I was uncomfortable with his tone of voice and false statements and accusations that I allegedly had in a past visit. Please note, prior to this incident my latest visit was about 5 years ago and irrelevant to the doctors rude accusations. He proceeded to say I just "needed a letter for work" which was also false because I am on vacation. At the end he said "over the counter medication was enough for me" and kicked me out. He decided not to charge me however still tried to argue with me after he over heard when I told the front desk nurse that It is very unacceptable the intentions they have. I followed up with telling the doctor that I refuse to argue with him because he knows exactly the motives that are behind this very unacceptable and unprofessional practice. I am a huge believer that God will take care of all injustice however please know that "Clinica Hispana Belen" will try to scam anyone who walks in through their doors. Thanks to God I am ok, emergency care confirmed over the counter medication is not enough and have prescribed the medication I need. I hope the clinic is able to acknowledge and take accountability of this very serious and unfortunate matter/inquiry, best regards.

Friendly staff, and my doctor took her time to listen to everything I had to say and talk me through things. She and the nurse made it very comfortable and they were very helpful and aware of my economic needs. I've never had such a mindful doctor visit, and I'm grateful I found this clinic.

My whole experince was incredible. It included a clean enviornment and overall good treatment , the staff was very friendly and helped me solve my health care problems effectively. Will most definitely be coming back.

Horrible service.... the front desk lady was extremely professional, courteous and helpful, but the male coworker who came from the back was rude, condescending and unprofessional. Would not recommend this place. There are better walk in clinics in town.
