Had an absolutely horrible and bizarre experience here last year. Doctor Niraj cursed out my father and me after we politely complained that we had been waiting in the lobby for our appointment for nearly TWO hours. Doctor Mani, on the other hand, is very polite and courteous. Niraj should frankly have his medical license revoked-- the way he spoke to my father (who, by the way, was being very diplomatic and polite) was crass and uncalled for. I will not be returning.

Dr Niraj and Dr Mani are excellent doctors. They get to the bottom of issues that other doctors missed for years. Very personable and listens. Explains everything thoroughly. Been going to them for years and always confident that they're looking out for my best interest.

I have been going to their clinic for over a year and have been very satisfied. Dr Niraj focuses on an holistic approach to health unlike other physicians. Their staff (especially their nurse Julie) is very knowledgeable and professional. The staff is multi cultural and diverse. You can trust Heart and Brain Centre of Texas for your healthcare needs.

Dr Niraj helped me with the regular checkup. He was very accommodating and patient with explaining the test procedure and the results. He is very sharp with his diagnosis. I will highly recommend him and his clinic to anyone. The clinic staff is also very helpful.
