I had to give a huge shout out to Kelly Strickler, Dr. Abram's office manager at Apex! Kelly truly cares about the patients, she goes the extra mile to make sure that you are taken care of. She has compassion and a sense of humor and such a caring spirit. When you show up for your appointments she greets you with a big smile and makes you feel truly important. She is a great asset to this practice and she is very much appreciated.
When I walked in I was nervous but Maria at the front spoke with me, Kelly was the 2nd person that advised me to just relax! Now when you go to the back you run into Tangie who will make you feel like so comfortable!! Now when you check out ask for Elizabeth!!! If you don't believe me go check the whole Apex office out this staff alone also the Dr will make you feel welcome thank you!!!!
My initial visit was basically an assessment of heart health. The Dr. and intern were both present. The doc listened to my verbal description of my heart. He ordered a scan and ecocardiogram.
Dr. Akram and his staff were very personable and made me feel at ease. He is definitely my new doctor.
Professional staff. Punctual, thorough, and kind Physician. Roomed in timely manner. Also med refills called in within 24 hrs.
