South Heart Clinic - Harlingen

I absolutely love Dr. Danielle Stone! The issue that I have is that the staff does not communicate or get things done. I went to have my blood drawn and they did not have the orders even though her office assured me that they were faxed I spent an hour while at the clinic, trying to get a hold of them to fax it And I was sent to Voicemail every time. Then I called today to find out why and to cancel my appointment because there was no need to come in if they were no blood results and they hung up on me twice.! Full disclosure, they rectified the situation and apologized and took care of the problem

My Doctor is great the problem i had was with the nurses department. I had dropped off a form that had to be filled out and was lost. I was never informed that it had been lost until I went to see if it been filled out by the Doctor. I gave them another form and they were supposed to notify me when the form was ready so I could pick it up. I waited for more than a week and no phone call. I called and left messages and no call back . Finally I demanded to talk to my doctor's office and left a massage with them and they called me back that day informing me my form had already been faxed a few days back .I never got a call from the nurses department regarding this . Bad service on their part. If it weren't for the great doctor I have I would have already gone somewhere else.

We were very impressed with Dr Danielle Stone. She was caring, great listener and very informative and very professional. I believe I made the right choice in choosing her as my cardiologist.

Not dead yet! Dr Mazzola did an amazing job performing 3 ablations in my heart. I am very grateful to him and his team, now I feel ready to take on the world #mtbrules

I want to take a moment to recognize the young lady at the front reception who truly stands out. I don't remember her name, but she's the one who schedules for Dr. Blake at the front desk--and honestly, she's amazing. Every time I come in, she's the only one actually working while the other three girls just sit around. She's super friendly, always helpful, and clearly knows what she's doing. Also, I absolutely love having Dr. Abel and blake as my doctor. theyre great at what they do and genuinely cares. Between them and his scheduler, I always feel taken care of.
