Dr. Mild has been my doctor for decades. I have never thought about changing doctors. Have I had to wait to see him at times, yes. These have been times when a medical emergency has come up and he has had to go take care of a patient. He has always apologized for the wait, when that has happened, but I have told him that it's okay. One day that medical emergency might be me. You just never know. Be sure to let the staff know at his new office that you want to see him. He's the BEST!!
My mom has seen him for decades. But this is third and final time they called to reschedule. I guess Mild picks chooses who he wants to see now. He is a good doctor, but the staff are very rude and lack customer service and basic manners.
Dr. Mild is a great doctor who is over booked most of the time. I walked out of the office today after waiting for an hour after my appointment time. My time is just as important as his is.
I see him for my heart check-ups, he's an excellent doctor. He puts any worry I have to rest.
The patients I refer to him love him and he always responds quickly!
