Patient
Very dirty place to be called a medical facility. Restrooms not functioning and sealed off. The lobby was not as filthy as the exam rooms. The door was stained. The ceiling tiles were stained. The computer CPU and the monitors were full of dust. The floor was in desperate need of sweeping and mopping. The nurse asked questions that the answers were already in patients chart. When the doctor finally came in he did not seem to know what the patient was there for. He had previously seen the patient but per his words, someone failed to order the heart monitor. The patient lives in a nursing home and has a primary physician. When the doctor was asked who was supposed to order the monitor he seemed frustrated and walked away and sent the nurse back in. Waste of time in a filthy facility.
