I saw Dr. Salhadar when I was pregnant. Ob office sent me for further imaging. He then referred us to get the proper diagnosis which is HLHS or half a heart. If was very informative and took his time when i saw him when I was pregnant and after my little one had her first 2 open heart surgeries after birth and then finally coming home after 5 months we continued to follow up with him. She is 6 now and Dr. Salhadar is part of the family. He truly cares about his kids. We have had some scared the past years but he has always been there when we needed. He works great with her team in Austin keeping eyes on her down here. Any concerns I have he is a call away and for the most part asks us to come in for my peace of mind. The entire staff is just amazing and catching up when we go in. They literally have been apart of our lives since she was a baby so it's bittersweet for them watching her grow as well.
