The staff was and has been very professional everytime I visited. Dr. Thibedeaux was very thorough in his assessment and pointed out the uos and downs of my results, to include recommendations I needed to make and what sustainments I could continue. I would highly recommend him to anyone who would ask what cardiologist they should see in town, to definitely include my coworkers.
Dr Thibodeaux is wonderful. He will not rush you thru. He will make sure you understand everything and listens carefully to you when you are talking to him.I've been to Drs that made their decision about your care before they have even listened to your complaints . Dr Thibodeaux is not like that he gets it right the first time
Experience was pleasant, Dr.T was very through with me and explained everything as it will happen over the next couple months with testing.. I like a Dr who's honest and doesn't assume cause we all know what that means, his support team (nurses) are really nice as well. I am sure this is just the beginning of a Dr/Patient journey. He's determined and committed to making sure this ole heart of mine continues to stay in rhythm for many years to come. If you ever need to visit a heart center Dr.T should without a doubt be the first choice. It's nice to have a Dr you can openly communicate with and he listens.. some drs attend college/med school because they are forced or "think it will be a easy career path" and then you have those who truly care about people and that's where Dr T surpasses all others. Andrew Thibodeaux, MD at Austin Heart was a great doctor, my visit with him was informative, he listened and understood my concerns. I understand he may have a lot of patients, but I would like to have my follow up appointment scheduled a little closer after my tests. Other than that I was happy with my visit.
