Premier Heart Center - Dr. Trieu Ho

I had been suffering with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (AFib) for a few years. Dr. Ho performed a PFA ablation in August 2025 and I had immediate relief from my AFib. The procedure was an hour long and I had a great recovery. I strongly recommend Dr. Ho; he is a gifted electrophysiologist.

Dr . Ho is knowledgable and talented in his field. He has inserted pacemakers for my son who has Down Syndrome and for me and has now done battery replacements for each of us . He is a skilled surgeon . His office staff has been less than most while handling his appointments and instructions, which can sometimes make communication a bit more difficult. I continue to engage him for our needs because of our knowledge of his skills.

I've been seeing Dr. Ho for over a year now for a very unique arrhythmia, I believe it was caused by Covid. I'm an RN and I've been around a lot of doctors and I felt so blessed to have. Dr. Ho recommended to me. He has a calm confident demeanor that puts me at ease instantly... and a great bedside manner. It's very difficult as a nurse to be a patient and sometimes it's very difficult for a doctor to treat a nurse!?! I have an arrhythmia that on first consultation was told that I would have to have a pacemaker... But Dr. Ho felt he could treat it. He did and it was successful! Now I have been a fib flutter free for over a year. We had a lot of issues, maintaining my blood pressure and arrhythmia in between the two procedures I had... Constantly titrating drugs, and numerous Squad trips to Baylor Grapevine emergency department. However, anytime I placed a call to him after hours, he was always quick to respond and deal with my issue. He is an amazing man and physician and unbelievably skilled. I thank God for him and for the gift Of healing that he has given to Dr. Ho as I am a very grateful and blessed patient of his.

Dr Ho is absolutely the best electric surgeon around! He is very professional, extremely intelligent, and one of the most caring Dr's we have ever met! He has helped my husband on several occasions and has saved his life! We highly recommend Dr Ho and are blessed to have him in our side as our Dr! Thank you

My mother had an unnecessary ablation procedure few years ago that resulted in permanent atrial fibrillation. Through her endocrinologist she had been prescribed an increased dose of Synthroid... That resulted in a racing heart. She had multiple stress test done where her heart was in perfect sinus rhythm. The nurse that performed the test called Dr. Ho and told him the results and he still insisted, through scaring tactics that my mother have this procedure done or she would have a stroke. The morning of the procedure, she was placed on a heart monitor, and once again her heart was in perfect sinus rhythm. The nurse that was administering the monitor called Dr. Ho once again to report the results... And he still insisted that she had the procedure. After the procedure, her heart started racing, and she felt worse... he placed her on medication that made the symptoms exacerbate. She then called him and he told her to get off of the medication... And she never heard from him again. No follow up... Just bill Medicare, and DASH. Obviously, my mother switched cardiologist... New cardiologist told my mother... That she was the second person to come in with the same story after seeing Doctor Ho. As a result of his malpractice, she is now on a pacemaker and medication for the rest of her life.
