Austin Heart - Georgetown

The staff made me feel welcome upon checking in. The wait time was minimal (appointment was just after lunch). The employee that took me back to the room was very friendly and professional as she acquired my health information. I cannot say enough Good things about Dr Koli. He actually spent time asking me questions and Learning my history in order to make educated decisions about my healthcare plan. Overall, a truly positive experience. I would recommend this practice to anyone that might be looking for a cardiologist.

Love Dr Koli. He's patient and kind. Complete with his care, we are quite satisfied. We see him once per year and he keeps us going. Front desk was very kind and nurse was fabulous!

Normally I have a problem going into a doctor's office because I feel very nervous and don't think I'll be understood in what I'm trying to explain . That is what usually happens to me. Here,everyone was kind and professional and I never felt nervous.I was treated like I matter and not rushed through my appointment.The Doctor was to the point and explained everything well and answered my questions perfectly. This was honestly a positive experience and it means a great deal to be treated with kindness and respect and not be rushed. This is truly outstanding patient care . Thank you, Austin Heart of Georgetown. You are the best.

Re: Austin Heart on Scenic Drive in Georgetown, TX 10/17/25: Well, the first thing was I thought my appointment with Terri Magbee was at 11:45 AM today, but it was actually 11:30 AM and I called to let them know I would be running late. I was worried that I wouldn't be seen, but NP Magbee saw me anyway and I really appreciate that!! The front office staff was very friendly as well as the young lady who checked my blood pressure, weight and did an EKG on me today. I'm sorry I did not get her name. She was very cheerful, kind it made me feel important. Terry Magbee is very professional, but she also listens well and seems to care about her patient. She was very thorough in her exam and also in her questions and took the time to make sure she had all of the information correct and then when we talked about what the next plan of action would be, she made things very clear and I appreciate that. I left the office today feeling very well cared for, listened to and also respected, which is important at my age, because I am 72 years old and sometimes some people stop "seeing us" and we feel unheard and also invisible sometimes. This office at Austin Heart did not make me feel that way at all! Thank you so much For that and I look forward to coming back for my three month follow up appointment with Terry Magbee.

Staff is just pleasant .cheerfull, and very private even on the phone with a client . Clean atmosphere. My Dr. KOLI was very informative and through about what is and what is to be done
