Very pleasant environment, friendly staff, modern facilities and equipment. Knowledgeable personnel (pretty also). The PA really knew his business. They made me comfortable, explained their procedures and were not pushy. Quick to answer your questions. Nice easy to get to location. Enjoyable experience.

I've had a very distressing experience, feeling that I received inadequate care. It seemed like there was little consideration for how patients feel during such a vulnerable time. The focus appeared to be more on moving patients in and out rather than providing the comfort and support that we truly need. I wish the staff had been more attentive and compassionate, as it would have made a significant difference in how I felt during my treatment.

The initial visit was spot on, and I made up my mind immediately to have my uterine fibroid embolism there vs the other facility that was being pushed on me by my gynecological group. Cons, scheduling communication was lacking. I got multiple calls requesting schedule changes where I implicitly stated that my schedule was not flexible. Weeks after submitting medical files, I was getting requests for data. Seems there system was just not synchronized, or they did not share notes. On day of surgery I arrived and hour before as requested, and there was no front del staff. Didn't see any staff until 45 minutes after arrival. Pros. After being checked in by nurse Rose, I was fully informed about the procedure, what to expect with full detail and how to temper my expectations after the procedure. She was spot on with practical info and still came off as compassionate!! I was considering just walking out given the 45 minute wait before that. Dr Roa Surgical staff were professional and right on point. I was alert to the full process and even able to communicate when I needed more numbing. Post surgery, the first 48 were trough, but expected so I was able to gauge and manage..1 week after surgery, discomfort is at about 2/10 and I'm back to work again.

Front office staff and MA were very sweet and helpful. Dr. Blessings was very thorough with explaining everything to me in detail. She took her time and answered any questions and or concerns that I had. I was very pleased with her bed side manner.

This facility has a great team. From my check-in to my surgery, everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The Doctor explained everything to me where I could understand and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. I want to publicly thank all of them for their kindness.
