My father had an appointment there, but was never told the technician hadn't quit, so it had to be rescheduled. The reason I rated this a two star is because we are always told if we do not schedule within an inappropriate time we get charged a fee, but yet there is nothing for when we are inconvenienced and miss out on work and pay. Contacted billing department in regards to a refunds. When we were charged, and while they did help, it seems they have an attitude or don't want to be at work. Not very professional when they say Is there anything else we can help you with? And you respond to no, then they end the call immediately after that. All this could have been avoided had the information given today be given on the day that we showed up for the appointment.

I have been gouging Heart Place Garland since 2016. I was seeing Dr. Bret until he retired and am now being treated by Dr. Patterson and he is taking very good care of me. From the first time I visited the staff there has been excellent. From the time I arrive until I leave they all are friendly, helpful and professional every time. It really feels like they care about me. Thank you Dr. Patterson and the entire staff at Heart Place in Garland for your watchful care over me. Stephen Thompson

I was there the day before thanksgiving and was attended by Adam Reynolds a Experience doctor from another clinic who has joined the heart place family. If I had to show a video about proper bed side manners his the doctor. Listen to your needs does not rush and work on getting a solution for your Health. Since his new to the heart place family getting appointment with him is quick. I one hundred percent would recommend him. Proper care and looking to get back to everyday life then look no further Dr. Reynolds will make you feel like your always in good hands. I also want to praise the front desk lady's and medical assistant as well as Shawnna the Echocardiogram tech there professional and kindness truly has the reputation of a awesome clinic. Thank you guys for making health care a A++++++. I would recommend my family to this clinic any day. If some say heart issue I say Heart Place Garland !!!!!!!!!!'

Dr Patterson is a very caring and understanding cardiologist! He's very thorough and speaks to you in a way that we understand. He's one of the best! i love his bedside manner!

I had a procedure done here. They went so far as to deaden the area for the I. V. ! Everyone I met was great! They actually seemed to like what they are doing. Happy Thanksgiving 2020 to all the staff. It was like they wanted me to know I was in good hands.
