Worst experience of my life, had an appointment at 10:45 AM got there about 10:30-10:35 after one hour (approximately 11:35) and seeing new people arriving and getting seen told receptionist that I am leaving and going to a Doctor that cares about their patients. Never in my life have I waited an hour in a waiting room without any communication from anyone. Even the manager admitted their employees have mistakes on their employee badges. Why would entrust my heart to a place that can't even get the easy things correct? My time and my body are too precious to be wasted on people who are inconsiderate and incompetent. I worked in healthcare including cath labs for 25 years and have never experienced this type of treatment especially by a place that is supposed to be doing life saving treatment. They even had the audacity to say you were slightly behind schedule when I called to complain after leaving, I would hate to see what it means to be severely behind schedule. Just communicate and reschedule and you could have addressed the entire situation, but again if you can't do complex things like completing your commitments why should I expect you to do something that intelligent... Inexcusable, for a first time patient to be treated like this, what do you expect? We take time out of our lives, take tests, get referrals, call insurance and schedule something weeks in advance arrive early and be treated like this; uncalled for and unacceptable. Terrible terrible terrible...
