Metroplex Medical Centre Frisco

My experience has been shattered by an unconscionable decision made by Dr. Nguyen. The new supervising provider at metro plex medical centers, to deny me a medication that I've safely relied on for more than 20 years. This reckless and abrupt action has not only jeopardized my health but also left me feeling unheard, disrespected, and abandoned by a clinic I once trusted. This issue must be resolved at an organizational level to ensure the clinic prioritizes patients care over internal protocols or policy changes.

Dr. Kohistani is amazing! I just moved to the area and have only seen her twice, but can genuinely say I love it here. She is personable and makes you feel seen, heard, and understood. I'm so happy I found her and feel safe seeing her with any and all of my medical concerns moving forward. Her team is an extension of her and they all are very kind. This is by far the best medical office I have been to. Highly recommend!

Dr. Kohistani always takes the time to thoroughly explain everything during our visits, and Erika is truly amazing--always kind and attentive. I absolutely love my doctor at Metroplex Medical Center! Dr. Jeha Kohistani truly cares about my well-being, and it really shows in every visit. The entire staff from the nurses to the front desk is always extremely kind, professional, and welcoming. One of the things I appreciate most is that I'm never kept waiting long; they see me right when I arrive, which is so important and rare to find these days. Erica, Dr. Kohistani assistant, is also amazing very nice and thorough in everything she does. Dr. Kohistani is a fantastic doctor, and I'm genuinely grateful I found her.
