I am a board-certified physician in family medicine. I believe in partnering with my patients to learn about their unique needs and fit the right treatment and plan for them - there is no "one size fits all" approach to care. I am keen on helping my patients with weight loss and type 2 diabetes, in addition to preventative care. I am also passionate about treating depression and anxiety - which I consider to be the cornerstone of primary care. I enjoy forming partnerships with my patients to supply them with all the information available to help them make decisions regarding their health. It is rewarding to work alongside a patient to find out what works best for them.

Had my first visit with Dr. Sprenger and he is no doubt going to be my PCP for the foreseeable future. Can't say enough good things about him. Very pleased with his professionalism and attention to every concern with thoughtful responses and advice. Highly recommend!
Literally prolonged my life after THE FIRST visit with him! Needed an emergency physician dealing with some chest discomfort, so I was assigned to Dr. Sprenger without me even taking the time to choose. (My original physician had retired) Praise God, along with the wonderful staff was truly on my side! Based off my symptoms he said " Jon, It could be one or a mixture of four things, the fourth thing being the least likely. I believe it is a 5 percent chance that it's your heart, so being you are young father like I am, I don't like to take those chances. Let's go see the cardiologist!" Fast forward to finding out I have a condition that is in less than 1 percent of population! Thank you forever Dr. Sprenger! 15/10 recommend.
Dr. Bradley Sprenger is an outstanding physician. He's not only knowledgeable but also stays up to date with the latest research, which gives me great confidence in the care I'm receiving. He's friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to--making each visit feel comfortable and productive. I appreciate his thoughtful explanations and the time he takes to ensure I fully understand my health and treatment options. Highly recommend!
Absolutely phenomenal. I wish he wasn't moving. Actively listens. Works with you to get the whole picture and to problem solve. I can't tell you what a pleasure it was to have a doc be so thorough, understanding and knowledgeable about so much. Easy to talk to. 10/10
Dr. Sprenger is Awesome! he interacts, he explains, and takes all the right steps with engaging with and caring for his patients.. i am being treated for many things right now. i am a disabled veteran and he has helped me through a lot. currently i have been able to quit smoking, lower my a1c and loose 20ilbs.. thanks doc..
