This is the best place! It's simply amazing,I have never waited to be seen, plus the waiting room clean, and not packed. The Doctor's and Nurse practitioners all are so nice, Professional and they LISTEN! I don't feel as if I am just another patient. Luna is sooooo nice!!! This office is so good!! Always quick and efficient and Thorough! I have Dr. Hernandez. He seems rigid or mean but he is really concerned about your health and takes the time to ask questions and explain things too!
My husband and I have been coming for a year now. I'll love the doctors and staff when in the office. The staff answering the phones need work though. Not sure if the person answering was new, but both my husband and I had a negative experience when calling to reschedule an appointment.
The shuttle came to pick me up 15 minutes before the scheduled time.. The driver was extremely courteous , Patient, trustworthy and levelheaded. Ruth greeted me by name with a pleasant smile, and checked me in upon arrival. Bianca came to the lobby as soon as she heard my name being called out to start my appointment. She was extremely open and friendly so much that I usually run high on my blood pressure when they do my vitals my pressure was normal when she did it, she took me to the room to get situated with the doctor and he came in no more than five seconds right after she left out. I was very pleased with the transitions. Jesus is my new doctor at Valora Medical in Fort Worth. He was extremely attentive. Read my notes well to the point that I thought he already knew me , my appointment didn't last a long drawn out time. It was short, informative and sweet. The same shuttle driver was there when I finished my appointment in order to take me and another gentleman home. I texted my husband to tell him I was on my way and he responded and said already . Lol. I love my new doctor and the staff At Valora medical in Fort Worth.
Everybody here is AMAZING. I'm glad I chose this doctor's office. They are super nice, super helpful, from the doctors to the front desk clerks. AMAZING
