Texas Cardiac Arrhythmia - Fort Worth

This is the shortest wait time that I have ever had in a doctor's office. The staff were friendly and efficient. I saw two different doctors while I was there. One took the time to explain how a fib originates in the heart and what the Plan of action would be to correct it. The Surgeon then came in and explained what would happen during surgery and after surgery and addressed all the questions that I had. Everything was explained to me in detail which made me feel very comfortable to move forward with the surgery. They even allowed me to record the visit so that my husband could hear what was said. I would definitely give them five stars and more if I could.

I had the BEST visit. The Doctor and his staff were professional, attentive, great communicators, kind and patient. One of the best doctor office visits I have ever had. Thank you!

Front desk could use more courtesy and better client service... but I will add that I could possibly have been misunderstood during our brief conversation. The office manager, Pash did reach out to me and was extremely kind and caring. I appreciate her taking the time to reach out, that shows excellence on her part. I know the medical team is top notch, and they don't deserve a negative review, so I have adjusted my rating to reflect my most recent experience.

Dr. T and staff are 100% committed to 100% satisfied patient care. I have, and continue to receive, complete satisfaction with my treatment, care, and customer service from everyone. There is a reason he is a top Texas doctor -- he continues to earn it daily!

Dr K is absolutely wonderful and his Nurse is sweet and very caring. His office staff on the other hand leave a lot to be desired. It took a quite a while to get in to see the Doctor they kept trying to send me elsewhere. Then whenever we finally got in to see him the receptionist was rude and not very professional. When we arrived the receptionist answered a call , placed it on hold , picked up her phone and texted. Then went back to the caller and then asked if she could help them.. As we were leaving my daughter asked for my paperwork that had the list of my allergies (she was supposed to copy and return to us) back and she copied it and gave it back. But as we were leaving she said " How annoying " !! Not very professional.
