USMD procured MCNT some number of years ago, and I had complaints, to put it nicely. With that said, you have to give people room to improve, and lately, this place really has. The fixed their phone system which was once of my biggest complaints, as well improving their refill process on prescriptions. My last visit was very pleasant, with almost no wait, and last time I requested a refill, I got one! Quickly.
I was trying to schedule an appointment with them and they told me I couldn't come since I was honest about having a sore throat recently. Then the receptionist lied and said I thought I had COVID when I never said that. Never heard of a doctor's office scared to see sick people when that's your job. I found a better doctor's office that was willing to see me and I don't have to wait all the way until September either. This was a waste
