Medical City ER White Settlement

My arm was in so much pain. Everyone was nice and understanding, and the doctor was so kind and helpful. The first nurse I met was very helpful in alleviating my pain. I wish I knew his name, so caring and great bedside! He had heat packs on my arm right away. I want to say thank you to him.

Amazing staff, very quick and efficient. They were all so wonderful , very thorough, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and made sure I understood what was going on before I was discharged. Would go back for any issues.

My husband went in throwing up dehydrated he was in so much pain I wound up taking the baby home because I didn't want him to see his dad like that. My husband Joey Campos said when I left the bigger nurse told him that he ran his family off and he's running other patients off all because he was yelling in pain. Then he threw up all over his blanket he threw it on the floor and the bigger nurse came back and said don't be throwing stuff on the floor because I have to pick it up he said I'm sorry not trying to make it job harder but I don't want throw up all over me !! I'm really annoyed they were being nice while I was there .. my husband is going on 4 days in the hospital and they thought he was faking it so they were being mean will never go back here period

"I've had a couple of concerning experiences at this clinic recently. During our visits, I felt like the staff was rushing to get us in and out, which made me question the thoroughness of the care my children received. For instance, when my daughter had a red and sore throat, she was only tested for strep, and no other potential causes were explored. Similarly, when my son hit his head, the examination seemed very brief, and he wasn't given any further testing, despite later experiencing headaches and dizziness. I believe the clinic could improve by taking more time to listen to parents' concerns and conducting more comprehensive examinations. As a parent, I want to feel confident that my children are receiving the best possible care, and these experiences have left me feeling uncertain."

My friend was sent over from the Minor Emergency to Medical City ER White Settlement with Major heart issues... The Minor Emergency Care Now called ahead and sent him over with paperwork. When we arrived at MCER White Settlement, a woman in a security guard outfit was behind the desk. My friend stared to talk to her "I was sent over from CareOne with heart issues"" she cut him off. "I'm not clocked in yet." Is what she said.. We stood waiting and then she took off her coat and walk away to another room and didn't come back. We eventually sat down, wait, tried calling the number and never reached anyone. Horrible experience. Incredibly rude. We never saw anyone else. We left and went to Baylor Scott & White Surgical Hospital - Fort Worth and were helped immediately. Will never go back to Medical City White Settlement.
