I've been seeing Dr. James for the past few years, and he has always offered me a great service! I definitely recommend seeing Dr. James and his awesome staff!

This place is the worst. Their scheduling system is messed up. My husband received 2 emails that he had appts, he showed up and they said he didn't have an appt. They scheduled him for 2 weeks out. He is having light headedness and there is no urgency. He is almost out of meds and has left 5 VM and no one has called him back. How do you run a business this way?

This office is terrible! My husband has been seeing this office for over a year. He was hospitalized the week before thanksgiving and THEY made a follow up appointment for today. He shows up and the rude lady at the front says "oh you don't have a referral so we can't see you". So they made this appointment over 3 weeks ago and they knew that the retrial on file was for a doctor that is no longer with this office. So they never contacted the primary dr for a referral, called to confirm his appt and never mentioned it, and just wanted him to pay out of pocket because they did not do their job!

I scheduled an appointment to get a "clearance for surgery" for a non-heart related procedure. The doctor who saw me prescribed several follow on tests that did not seem needed. Further, they couldn't do those tests for weeks after my scheduled procedure and then tried to bill me for services I refused to pay. A week later I saw another cardiologist in the Texas Health system and he took great care of me in one office visit. I will never go back to Fort Worth Heart

Dr James has been an excellent doctor and his staff is just as great.
