Dr. Saritha Dodla is one of the most caring and attentive cardiac doctors. I have seen many, and she is the best. Her staff is caring and polite. The knowledge shared about your health, is explained in a kind manner. The office is very clean and amenities are as well. This doctor and her partner work hard to serve. I hope this helps you find the doctor best suited for your needs. This office is excellent.
I have not even been a patient yet. Scheduled today at 1:15pm. These people can't even answer a phone. I have insurance questions. Now I'm calling to cancel my appointment. The website will not let you. It informs you to call. BUT NO ONE ANSWERS!!! and they open at 8am it is 8:24am. Big red flag!!! Then got an insurance summary before even driving there for $2,885 dollars after insurance pays their part. Unheard of. Then Chris from scheduling if that's his real name kept hanging up on me or send me to an answering machine several times. Horrible service. Playing with someone's health is unethical and will be reported to certain agencies that deal with this unprofessionalism
Dr. Dodla is an amazing and compassionate physician. I've seen her for the last seven years and she always takes the time to answer my questions. I've never felt rushed or not listened to either. She has a thorough knowledge of internal medicine, which she uses to help treat your cardiology issues. I highly recommend her.
Excel Cardiac Care set a test for me with Cardiac Imaging for 10/20. That appointment turned into about the best total team testing process I've had in a long time. The three team members offered the kindest professional attention to me during the entire process of getting my information, giving me information, seeing to my comfort during the test, and getting me sturdy on my feet afterward. I appreciate their consideration for my physical limitations, given with smiles and understanding. I recommend Cardic Imaginghighly.
Dr Abdul Basit and the staff are an amazing people. Dr Basit is a very humble and very informative he was very concerned about my condition and he showed concern and wanted to make sure that I follow his guidelines and I felt very comfortable.
