Dr. George S. Khammar, MD

Dr Khammar showed a lack of professionalism and real disrespect to me as a patient of his when he would not answer questions I had concerning an upcoming procedure and cancelled the procedure he was going to do for me.. I think the actions of his PA also highly contributed to his highly disrespectful act of canceling the procedure rather than discuss the concerns I had about the procedure... If a patient can not ask questions about what the doctor will be doing and how he will be doing it then this shows a real lack of respect to the patient and a disgraceful demeanor for any doctor... Asking questions provides a true portal to inform and calm concerns the patient may have and to be so thin skinned and defensive on the part of the physician to the point where the doctor cancels a procedure shows true incompetence on the part of the doctor and staff..I believe I have a serious right to know all aspects of such a serious procedure as heart blockage and all the consequences associated with clearing it .. What has medical treatment come to when the doctor will not gladly communicate with the patient each and every aspect of concern about the procedure being done without putting the doctor on the defensive and treating the patient as if he or she is questioning the doctors ability or professionalism.. Truly a display of arrogance and disregard toward a concerned patient in need !!

I was pretty defeated and processing my diagnosis at the same time calling around for an appointment ASAP. Charlotte the woman that answered the phone was so compassionate and professional. She was down to earth and after dealing with doctors and hospitals, it was nice to be treated as a person and not a chart. She was kind, made me smile, actually brightened up my day and to top it all off she got me in within the week. She is who I would want working at my office. As for the doctors, they come highly recommended. My mom and dad are healthy again because of the doctors here. So I give them 15 stars Five for Charlotte; 10 for the doctors....anyway Miss Charlotte...thank you.

Saw Dr. Khammar today. His bedside manner is outstanding. He is very personable & has a great sense or humor. He had complete confidence, compassion, & brought a soothing energy to our appointment. 2 years ago I had a cardiologist who scared me into thinking I had something wrong with my heart & would need further testing and possible stents. They told me a multitude of things that gave me serious anxiety for the past 2 years. I avoided any cardiologist until now. After doing an EKG, going over past cardiac results & asking initial questions, Dr. Khammar determined that I had nothing wrong with my heart. He looked over everything thoroughly, did an in-office EKG and freed me of any diagnosis. He gave me SO MUCH peace of mind. I cried happy tears when I left his office because I felt so relieved. A wonderful cardiologist.

Amazing cardiologist and compassionate human being. You can truly see he cares for his patients well being. He was recommended to me by a friend who is also a patient of his. He is very thorough in ordering all the correct tests and hears a patient out and doesn't make you feel rushed. Will be making an appointment for my dad with him next.

Staff were extreamly nice even though extreamy busy to. Dr. was thorough in explaining the all, why and when that needed to be done and what didn't need to be done. Dr. Khammar explained everthing in way I could easily understand and at no time did I feel he was in a rush and answered every question I ask. Over the years I've worked with lots of physicians and this one I feel cares for his patients.
