Dr. Akif Mohammed

Dr. Akif Mohammed made me cry, because for the first time in 4 years someone actually listened to my concerns about my heart health and wants to actually do some testing and get to the bottom of what's going with my heart. I can't thank him enough and happy he is my Doctor now. He listened, he showed genuine concern, well mannered, great bedside manner. Very polite and caring.

Do not use this cardiologist if you value your health. My husband has had cabgx4 w complications and the 2 times he went in, they wont let him see the doc unless he gives them more money(which he doesnt have because of surgery so he made a payment plan). He just had an appointment that his boss relieved him for and after clearly telling the staff he doesn't have time to talk about a past balance, they refused and he was left without being seen and without results from the heart monitor they asked him to wear to check on his rhythms. When money clearly takes over patient care, your health is at risk!!

Saw him for a possible procedure. Very rude doctor and treats patients like they are dumb. Constanly interrupt while speaking. I also saw he was very rude to people who work with him. He should find another career. I found another nicer doctor.

Very clam gave me all details About my concern understand all my heart need and gave right dose of medicine that I was heaving problems with
