I was feeling miserable and freaking out because I was struggling to catch my breath and could hear the whistling when breathing. We called before going to see if my insurance was accepted and right from the first contact to the end of the visit was incredible! Each person took the time to answer questions, actively listen to my concerns, include me in decisions about the treatment, and made sure that I was comfortable with what was going on with my care. I was struggling to remember some of the medical information needed and they were so patient with me. Normally, at a typical ER, I get treated like I am drug seeking or just a number - did not happen at Complete Care. The initial assessment was quick and thorough. A breathing treatment was set up, and I was able to get the asthma treatment right away. Tests were immediately ran, with the understanding of which tests and why they were being ran. When results came the results were discussed in detail and any questions were answered. They included a note to my job along with the release paperwork. They have the best bedside manners! When I left, I still felt yucky (miracles cannot always happen when sick), but I was able to breathe comfortably, and was confident that with the treatment plan I would be healthy soon. For the first time in an emergency situation, I felt heard and valued. I sincerely hope it isn't needed, but should anyone need immediate care, I HIGHLY recommend going there!

I went to Complete Care after a car accident. These people are absolutely wonderful. Every single person I saw, from the receptionist, to the nurse, to the lab tech, to the doctor was incredibly kind. (Shout out ro Laci, Mariann, Murielle, Karyn, and Dr. Blankenship). I had to wait a bit for an (offsite) radiologist to sign up to view my scans, and they kept checking in on me and providing updates. They explained every step of process. No one likes goes to Urgent Care but this was by far the most positive experience I've ever had in one!

We had a very good experience at complete care. My son needed simple wound care and we called around to several "urgent care" type facilities... but each one said he would need to go to Cooks or another Hospital ER. (Many of these facilities are not equipped to apply sutures or staples to help close deeper wounds.)
When we contacted Complete Care, their friendly staff asked a few questions about the nature of his wound and said that if it were teh right course of treatment they would be able to help us with closing his wound.
When we arrived, we were again greeted by the friendly staff, filled out some basic paperwork (we chose to pay cash), and were brought back where Dr. Peter's quickly evaluated the wound and closed it.
The waiting room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and responsive. The procedure area was also clean and well equipped. Best of all we were in and out in less than an hour.
Great Experience.

I was visiting Fort Worth from New York and came down with a severe respiratory infection. This place was nearest to my hotel and my colleague made an appointment. They don't take Medicare or Medicare supplement. I was tested for known viruses, all negative. Someone tapped on my back a few times. They mentioned an xray but never did one. Common cold. $500. My doctor in New York wanted a chest xray anyway since I had lost my voice. The next day I went to a different urgent care, which took my insurance, made an xray, and diagnosed pneumonia, for which I was given antibiotics. No charge. I do not recommend this facility.

I had a earring that got lodged into my ear canal that made its way to my ear drum. Dr.Peters was so kind, reassuring, gentle, and professional and even when I was freaking out he spent his sweet time (1-2 hours till around 3:30/4am) making sure I wasn't getting hurt. The staff was so helpful, down to the front desk. Everyone was magnificent, thank you all for being so kind and helpful! He even went out of his way to order tools that he needed to help with the situation. I would fully recommend Dr.Peters. Thank you!
