Wow! Asked it they can do FMLA paperwork before scheduling the appointment. I get here and they tell me it's a different department. Had to cancel my appointment and get a refund. Nothing more frustrating than wasting a waiting period to be seen then coming in to have them do this. Wasted a week of my time.

I waited for an hour for Dr. Finkelstein to walk in, tell me my test results were OK, and to walk out. Got charged a regular office visit for this. Easily could have been accomplished with a one minute phone call. It felt like taking advantage of getting an extra co-pay out of me and billing my insurance for an extra visit. Typically a one minute follow-up to go over test results is not billed as an additional office visit. I politely expressed my concern and they were not willing to waive the office visit. Nice staff, but I do not like over over billing for unnecessary visits.

Family member had a procedure here, the doctor and nurses were absolutely awesome! The nurses took such good care of the patient and us! One of the nurses sat and drew pictures with a very good explanation of what was done! Great place to go if needed for your <3

Have been trying to call to make an appointment for my husband. Called over 7 times no one answers the phone or goes to a call centre in Dallas they punch you through to another office no one answers , left multiple voice messages for someone to call me back .. a week later still no phone call ... wouldn't recommend this place at all !

Avoid this place unless you want to be nickled and dimed to death. Billed for the same service and threatened to not do anything about the bill. Rude and very unresponsive.
