I'm only been there twice to see her. Her nurse was absolutely awesome. She was very quick to call me back with my results and explained everything I needed to know. Dr Folake very knowledgeable about my urgent situation. She immediately knew exactly what test to run and followed up with the results on my chart with her comments in regards to them. She was easy to talk to and took time to listen to me.
I am always nervous going to the doctor and within a minute of meeting Dr. Falaki I felt more comfortable and I'm very happy that she is my primary care physician. The women in the office were wonderful as well. Melissa made me feel comfortable too when were going over symptoms.
Very friendly helpful staff, it was my first visit, I was in and out, Dr. Falaki was thorough and had a kind and patient demeanor, she explained things and made me feel very comfortable. I'm so glad I found a great primary care doctor's office to go to. I look forward to seeing them again. Dr. Falaki is awesome.
She was so fantastic, they way she advised me was so good and called me to explain what was my problem all overall was great wish her to keep up.All the best for her all the staff.
