I had a disappointing experience with Alex, who was quite rude during my recent call. I was transferred to this office after my doctor underwent surgery, and while my first visit was excellent, my second experience over the phone was frustrating. It seems they struggle with patient retention, especially when it comes to hiring representatives like that for phone inquiries. I simply needed a lab work referral sent to me via email, as most doctor's offices do, or at least access to a portal for past referrals. Unfortunately, the lady I spoke with made the process difficult. I even had to request to speak with her supervisor; initially, she claimed the supervisor wasn't available, only to later say she was. Additionally, I was put on hold multiple times, and it felt like she was just trying to rush me off the phone. While Valerie, the PA & the manager Monica, (whom I eventually got transferred to), are fantastic, the other staff could certainly use some improvement. They seem unhappy in their roles, which negatively impacts patient interactions.

LOVE Valerie! She saw me for most of my visits during my pregnancy. She always made time for my questions and was always very friendly.

I would never go to anyplace else for my annual exam. Valerie is the sweetest, kindest person you could ever hope to know. She truly cares about you and wants to take care of you emotionally, not just physically. The office staff are wonderful too! The longest I've ever had to wait before being seen is five minutes. This is an incredible group, and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Valerie!! You're the best!

Valerie always does an awesome job with my visits! She is so caring and knowledgeable. I love how her and Dr. Gluck work as a team to care of me each time I go for a check up. They've been my providers for years and took care of me through each of my pregnancies. I highly recommend their practice.
